Where can I see a menu?

Our menu rotates every week to include seasonal and local farm to table ingredients.

Simply visit our website or Instagram every week by Sunday and select your meals for the following week, or subscribe and choose ahead for the whole month.

How are the meals prepared?

We pride ourselves in preparing all meals with olive oil or avocado oil. We absolutely never use vegetable oils, or add preservatives to any meal. All meats, vegetables, and grains, are purchased organic and washed thoroughly before cooking. Meat is cooked to food safety temperature guidelines and is transfered to refrigerators to cool while other components are prepped.

Do you plan to expand your menu?

Our passion is to make healthy, nutritional meal prep that is new and exciting to eat. We cook for you how we like to eat, every week will be different recipes and variations of basic proteins: poultry, beef, seafood. (Vegan coming soon). The menu is updated every Thursday on our website and social media sites. Sign up for text or email reminders below.

Where is your kitchen?

We operate out of a stunning commercial kitchen in Tukwila, about 3 minutes from Southcenter mall.

We maintain excellent cleanliness ratings with King County, often being called “the cleanest kitchen in Seattle.” Seriously, there is full-time staff dedicated to keeping this standard.

Do you deliver?

We currently deliver as far north as Mill Creek and south to Auburn or Federal Way.

We also offer local Renton pickup.

Do you cater?

We currently cater events or gatherings of 25 people or less. We love intimate dinners or special family dining style events. Inquire below for more details.
